We are proud to present the first production of Prunier Osciètre caviar, after more than 12 years of patiently breeding our sturgeons "Acipenser Gueldenstaedtii" in the Prunier manufactory.
This caviar line Prunier Osciètre, is a perfect complement to our traditional caviar line Prunier. During production, we are able to select the grains according to size, colour and consistency for an unparalleled organoleptic experience.
